Subscriptions and invoices

Subscriptions are for organisations. Choose €45 billed monthly or €350 billed once each year. Both include the same workspace and reporting-channel features. A 30-day trial is optional and requires a card.

Stripe handles subscription payments. The amount and renewal schedule are shown before you confirm. The company account owner can open payment methods, invoices and cancellation from Account settings in the workspace.

Cancellation and access to existing cases

When cancellation takes effect or billing becomes inactive, your channel stops accepting new reports. Existing cases and conversations remain accessible. A successful renewal or conversion after a trial keeps the subscription active.

Data deletion is handled on your organisation’s instruction. Authorised administrators can delete closed cases and their attachments after confirmation. For account closure or other deletion requests, contact info@matterheard.com. See how deletion and recovery copies work.

14-day refund window for your first payment

You can request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid subscription charge, for either monthly or annual billing. This includes the first charge after a trial. Renewal charges are excluded unless there was a billing error.

Email info@matterheard.com with your company name and invoice details. Requests are handled manually by the service provider. Please do not include report contents.

Questions before choosing a service?

Contact us about account setup, billing or data handling. For a concern about a particular organisation, use that organisation’s reporting channel rather than the service-enquiry address.
